Submitting an order does not automatically mean that your order has been accepted.

Orders are accepted once processed and confirmed by Celtic Heritage Gifts.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment issues

  • Stock availability problems

  • Pricing or website errors

  • Misuse of discount codes or promotions

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring payment details and billing information provided are correct.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment or customer information.

5. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes and promotions:

  • Are subject to availability

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be applied retrospectively after an order is placed

  • May be changed, withdrawn, or cancelled at any time

Only one promotional offer may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where discount codes are used incorrectly, fraudulently, or outside their intended purpose.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Celtic Heritage Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal providers

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect delivery details supplied by customers

  • Circumstances outside our control

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate before completing an order.

Additional charges may apply if an order must be resent due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are managed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable Irish and EU consumer law.

Customers must contact:

before returning items and provide:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Reason for return

Customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise required by law.

Returned items must be appropriately packaged and returned in suitable condition.

We reserve the right to reduce refunds where items have been used, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

8. Lost or Damaged Returns

Customers are responsible for goods until they arrive safely back with us.

We recommend using tracked postage.

Celtic Heritage Gifts cannot accept responsibility for customer returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

9. Customer Accounts & Information

Customers are responsible for keeping account details, passwords, and personal information secure.

You agree that all information provided when placing an order is accurate and up to date.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by customers.

10. Reviews, Comments & User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, feedback, testimonials, or other content to Celtic Heritage Gifts, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.

By submitting content, you allow Celtic Heritage Gifts to use, share, and display it for marketing purposes where legally permitted.

Content must not:

  • Be false or misleading

  • Violate another person’s rights

  • Contain offensive or unlawful material

We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celtic Heritage Gifts will not be liable for:
