Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests; however, once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.
If your order has already been dispatched, our standard Returns & Refund Policy will apply.
Changes to Orders
If you need to make changes to your order, including delivery details or product selection, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfilment process.
Pre-Orders & Special Purchase Options
For pre-order items, limited collections, promotional bundles, or special purchase options, cancellation availability may vary depending on the stage of processing.
Where items have already been prepared, reserved, personalised, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible except where required by Irish and EU consumer law.
Promotional Offers, Discounts & Bundles
Orders purchased as part of a promotion, discount, bundle offer, or special purchase option must be returned in full to receive the applicable refund unless otherwise agreed.
If part of a promotional bundle is cancelled or returned, Celtic Heritage Gifts reserves the right to adjust the refund amount to reflect the standard retail price of any items kept by the customer.
Payment Plans & Third-Party Payment Providers
Where customers choose a third-party payment option (such as instalment payments or “buy now, pay later” services), the agreement with that provider remains the customer’s responsibility.
Cancelling or returning an order does not automatically cancel any payment agreement. Customers should contact their payment provider directly regarding their payment schedule.
Right to Cancel Online Purchases
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer protection law.
Eligible online purchases may be cancelled within the applicable cooling-off period in line with consumer regulations.
